Mike Jeske
President of Sales | Support Leader & Customer-First Problem Solver
A key part of Electro Power’s growth since 2003, Mike leads the Sales and Support team with a focus on responsiveness, collaboration, and practical problem-solving. Known for his expertise in VFD applications and complex control systems, he enjoys helping customers turn their ideas into successful solutions. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and BBQ, and anything with a lot of horsepower.
Andy LaPointe
President of Operations | Leadership & Continuous Improvement
Andy's journey with Electro Power began in 2001 following five years in the U.S. Navy as an Aviation Electrician. After building his career with Rockwell Automation and ABB in technical, sales, and leadership roles focused on variable frequency drives, he returned to Electro Power in 2022 to help lead the company's transition to employee ownership. Today, Andy focuses on developing people, driving operational excellence, and supporting customer success. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, running, BBQing and bowling.
Tony Kirsch
Business Development Manager | Growth & Customer Success
Since joining Electro Power in 2016, Tony has focused on developing new business opportunities, growing customer relationships, and helping customers succeed. His background in construction, operations, supply chain, and industrial sales allows him to bring creative solutions and a partnership-driven approach to every customer interaction. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and participating in an annual deer hunting trip with a large group of friends.
Josh Starck
Inside Sales Manager | Technical Sales & Controls Specialist
Since joining Electro Power in 2011, Josh has become a go-to resource for technical sales, control panel design, and VFD repair. Known for wearing many hats, he enjoys helping customers solve problems and find the right solution for their application. Outside of work, Josh is a music enthusiast, car guy, and former commercial diver.
Trevor Wiley
Inside Sales & Operations Specialist | The Ultimate Backup
With Electro Power since 2015, Trevor supports customers through inside sales, shipping, logistics, and panel building. His versatility and willingness to jump in wherever needed have earned him the unofficial title of "The Ultimate Backup." Outside of work, you'll usually find him watching sports.
Jeff Braun
Shop Manager | Making Things Happen
Since joining Electro Power in 2013, Jeff has helped keep the panel shop running smoothly and efficiently. He oversees workflow, supports the production team, and ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys camping (or "glamping") and spending time with his dogs.
Amanda Rodak
Purchasing & Inventory Manager | Supply Chain Strategist
Since joining Electro Power in 2018, Amanda has led purchasing, inventory, and supplier management efforts that help keep customers supplied and projects moving forward. She specializes in procurement, inventory strategy, and supplier relationships, always focused on finding solutions that improve customer outcomes. Outside of work, Amanda is a skilled silversmith who creates handmade silver jewelry and metal artwork.
Eric Murawski
Senior Operations Logistics Coordinator | The Glue Guy
A longtime Electro Power team member who joined in 2006, Eric specializes in inventory management, vendor relationships, and supporting key customer accounts. His broad experience across multiple departments makes him a valuable resource for both customers and coworkers. Outside of work, Eric is an avid bowler and enjoys making everything from homemade beer to pickles and jerky.
Vince Rodak
Design Manager | Technical Resource & Electrical Design Leader
With Electro Power since 2016, Vince leads electrical design efforts while serving as a key technical resource for customers and colleagues alike. His expertise in UL 508A compliance, control panel design, and VFD applications helps ensure projects are delivered accurately and efficiently. Outside of work, he's still trying to settle the Costco versus Sam's Club debate; so, he keeps memberships to both.
Sean Stephan
Principal Designer | Engineering & Technical Leadership
Since starting at Electro Power in 2008, Sean has grown from panel builder to one of the company's key technical leaders. He leads complex control panel design projects, provides engineering support, and helps develop the standards and practices that drive quality across the organization. Outside of work, Sean enjoys sustainable gardening and rock tumbling.
Jeff Maki
Director of Finance
Jeff joined Electro Power in 2019 and serves as the Director of Finance and Human Resources. He works closely with leadership to ensure Electro Power remains well-positioned to support its customers, employee-owners, and future growth. Jeff is a proud veteran of the U.S. Army Infantry and holds a Master of Science in Accounting from UW Milwaukee. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and son, being outdoors, and hitting the golf course.
Sammy Aumend
IT / IS & Database Lead | Systems Architect Behind the Scenes
Since joining Electro Power in 2015, Sammy has led the design, security, and continuous improvement of the company's information systems and databases — from inventory and production to CRM. He specializes in database architecture, IT infrastructure, and building the behind-the-scenes tools that keep the whole operation running smoothly. Outside of work, Sammy is a professional actor with camera experience, an avid golfer, and a collector of vintage comics — including some solid Bronze Age Wolverine issues.
